Taleem

In order to facilitate an ecosystem, where these ideas are accepted, practiced and flourished, we have a Taleem programme which aims at equitable opportunities and respectful treatment of all Genders at workplaces. It facilitates inclusive, nurturing and unbiased interactions in workplace settings. In other words a space sans prejudice based on Gender, ethnicity, race, sexuality, age, religion, physical and mental ability, and socioeconomic status. This project involves pushing professionals to reflect over team functioning and culture to assess biases and embrace approaches to improve and maximise potential of all employees. We cover themes like inclusion, unbiased leadership, consent and empathy. It also involves understanding consent and harassment, ensuring sharp value practice in workspaces. Project Taleem also included a Gender-neutral parenting program with parents.
